What is the Vision Reach Financial Center (VRFC)?

How do I deposit a check to my account at my financial institution?

In order to utilize VRFC’s remote check deposit feature, your financial institution must be enrolled with us as a remote deposit participant. Please check with your financial institution and local Vision Reach Financial Center for more details.

If I use cash when using the remote deposit capture at a VRFC, how long will it take for the cash to be credited to my account at my financial institution?

Cash deposited through a Vision Reach Financial Center is immediately credited to your account.

If I do a remote check deposit, does the check get credited to my account immediately?

Checks are not typically credited immediately to your account. Please check with your financial institution.

What prepaid services does the Vision Reach Financial Center offer?

We are constantly trying to enhance the services that VRFC offers. At the moment, prepaid services vary from financial center to financial center but typically, VRFC offers prepaid phone cards, prepaid legal service and prepaid debit cards where applicable by law and financial institution regulations.

What internet services can I obtain at a Vision Reach Financial Center?

What is Ticket Dispensing?

Ticket dispensing is a convenient way to buy tickets to your favorite events. Shows, concerts, museums, car races, theatres, special events and others are all available at participating Vision Reach Financial Centers.

How do I load funds to my card account?

There are several ways to load funds to your card account. Credit cards, debit cards, and cash are all instant. Checks require a little more time depending on your financial institution. Just simply follow the screen prompts to load funds onto your card account.
